Formed in 1983, David Jensen Associates, Inc. (DJA) is a highly specialized, award-winning land planning consultancy, located in Denver, Colorado. A list of community elements including parks and recreational amenities is formulated to generate direction for development of community character. • Processing: DJA's staff is experienced in working with public officials and neighborhood groups. We understand the importance of the DJA staff assisting clients with public agenda, neighborhood meetings and representation before public hearings. • Computer Aided Design: The DJA staff are all proficient in computer applications including, AutoCAD, LandCAD, MapInfo and G.I.S. We use these tools in every community we design. • G.P.S.: DJA uses the Global Positioning Satellite system to obtain real-time data for the most accurate site mapping.
