I suggest that if you have never made a foundation for a building before I would highly suggest you hire that part out.
That part is very hard to even think about doing if you have never done it before. first of all you have to dig in the ground below frost level and pour a concrete foundation then put blocks on top of that.
and everythingmust be level.
