SLAB FORMING - At FORMULA T&T we can provide the complete slabforming solution either by using our table system or the lightweight aluminium panel system. The table system can be made from the use of the traditional primary and secondary beams attached to our high capacity aluminium legs and gates. The table can be easily dropped and moved to the next pour cycle via twin all terrain castor wheels or via crane to the next floor level. The system is also adaptable to large repeat pour areas by means of attachment of the aluminium legs to the large trusses removing the need for low level gates. This system provides for high output with minimum formwork and labour requirement. Both systems are completely compatible with the demands of heavy civils work and further complemented by the use of the T20 towers as presented in the catalogues. We also provide the highly efficient light weight aluminium panel system for forming slabs. This system completely complements our Safety & Weathershield Enclosure System for high-rise construction. The innovative system allows for the use of lightweight panels and aluminium legs attached to the quick release head, allowing for the early release of the panels and beams to the next pour, while the legs provide for the backpropping requirements.
