Our design team and our in house architect capture the idea on paper. Our sculptors then hand carve the original model. From this an intricate mold is made. An experienced craftsman then hand casts special composite material of crushed limestone and quartz sand. After compressing it the mold is removed and the piece hand finished and detailed. The resulting piece has all the detail and beauty of the original and is virtually indistinguishable from carved limestone. Over 50 quality checks are made to ensure it meets our standards then it is signed on by the craftsman who made it. Each piece is then wrapped and custom packaged for shipment to you.
