SlenderWall - is the only wall system that combines four proven components: architectural precast concrete, hot-dipped galvanized welded wire, insulated stainless-steel anchors (Thermaguard), and heavy gauge galvanized steel or stainless steel studs, to create a single, efficient exterior wall system for new construction and renovation. SlenderWall is designed to reduce building foundation and structure costs, shipping and installation costs, and thermal transfer. The design isolates the exterior precast concrete cladding from the structural stresses associated with wind loading, steel frame movement, expansion and contraction and seismic shock. SlenderWall is recommended for projects with 20,000 s.f. or more of exterior cladding. Independently Tested for Performance SlenderWall has been fully tested and meets the required ASTM and AAMA standards. Our design team and our in house architect capture the idea on paper. Our sculptors then hand carve the original model. From this an intricate mold is made. An experienced craftsman then hand casts special composite material of crushed limestone and quartz sand. After compressing it the mold is removed and the piece hand finished and detailed. The resulting piece has all the detail and beauty of the original and is virtually indistinguishable from carved limestone. Over 50 quality checks are made to ensure it meets our standards then it is signed on by the craftsman who made it. Each piece is then wrapped and custom packaged for shipment to you.
